Instructions
- Whenever your pitcher throws again, please film them directly from ball-arm side and with the phone in landscape (horizontal).
- In the video, I need 2 fastballs (or pitch of choice) back-to-back without stopping the recording.
- Once recorded, upload video in the OnForm app and I will get back to you with a review as soon as possible, or within 7 days!
- Download the app OnForm. This is where the evaluation video will be uploaded to.
